ORDERING GUIDELINE
To protect our resellers, our minimum order starts 10 pieces (any designs / colors).
Your order will be shipped out within 1 working week after payment confirmation and a tracking# will be sent to you.
*As our stock level is updated hourly, potentially 5% of your stock maybe sold out. If this happens, we will credit your excess amount to offset on your next order.

a) Select your items and "ADD TO CART"
b) "CHECKOUT" your items when you have completed your shopping.
c) Select the payment method, fill up the delivery information and "CONFIRM" to proceed.
d) Order number will be sent to your email address.
e) Make payment and email us with your order number.
f) The tracking# will be sent to you shortly.

We accept 3 payment methods mainly:

Bank Transfers (T/T)

Paypal

Western Union / MoneyGram (For All Countries)
*Payments are to be made within 2 days after ordering. Email us at sales@jewelculture.com once payment has been made.

b) Paypal:
We accept credit card / debit card payment through www.paypal.com. (4% Handling Charge Applicable)
Please make payment to our PayPal account at sales@jewelculture.com. You can create an account at Paypal and make payment to us directly.

c) Western Union / MoneyGram Transfer:
Payment can be made through Western Union / MoneyGram using the following details.

** After payment, please email us your MTCN#, First & Last Name, Amount Sent (US$), Order# so that we can arrange to pack your order immediately.

SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIME
For all shipments:
- We will usually shipped out all orders based on the rates below unless specially requested.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received.
- Tracking# will be emailed to you once the orders are sent.


** Rates above are based on estimation. Actual calculation will be sent after ordering.
** All International Customs Charges, Taxes, Certificate Of Origins are payable by the customer separately if there is any.
** Countries not covered as above are still able to order from us. Actual calculation will be sent after ordering.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
JewelCulture.com is a dedicated fashion supplier for our resellers worldwide. If for any reason that your items are sent wrongly, we are glad to exchange for you.

Please take your time to understand some of our Terms & Conditions as follow:

- All orders will be FINAL and withdrawal/exchange of items after payment is not applicable.
- Returns will be accepted should wrong items are sent to you.
   * In such cases, the problem must be sent to us within 3 days after receiving your order and we will advise on the returns.
- We will check all return items and the correct items will be shipped back to you once the investigation is completed.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
   * Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include uncut-tags, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
   * Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be accepted.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
